It could take up to 24 hrs to verify your account, once verified you will receive an email when your account is active and a password reset will be needed. Accounts Transferred from Old Website - If you currently have an account on our old website it has been transfer over to the new website. You just need to reset your password; the User ID will be your email address set up for that account. You will need to reset your password to get access to the account.
- To reset your password, you will click “Forget Your Password?” on the login screen, enter your email address and select OK.
- A temporary password will be emailed to you
- Once you receive the email, go back to the website and click “Change Your Password”. Enter in the temporary one and create a new one.
o The Temporary Password as the Old Password Note: Please allow upto 5 minutes for the email to arrive.
o Password need to be over 8 characters, 1 upper case, 1 number, 1 symbol
